about

Suffer Yourself is a Funeral/Death Doom metal project founded by Stanislav Govorukha (Ex- Auto da Fe, Illuminandi, Coram Deo) that will find an appreciation among fans whose musical palette of appreciation includes the likes of Evoken, Catacombs, dISEMBOWELMENT and Mistress of the Dead. Suffer Yourself’s music creates an ultimately obscure and brooding atmosphere filled with utmost despair.
The band initially started as a one-man project in Poland in 2011. Currently Suffer Yourself is a three-piece, which resides in Kiev, Ukraine. The band played its first gig in January, 2013.
The band's debut album, Inner Sanctum, was mixed and mastered at Priory Recording Studios in Birmingham, UK by Greg Chandler (Esoteric, Lychgate), who not only produced the album, but also made a special contribution to one of the songs. Inner Sanctum presents five tracks of utter hopelessness and grief...
